I'm kind of band wagon person, and lately, I've jumped on couponing. I love it, I'm a little addicted. I went to a couponing seminar and was hooked. A couple of my favorite sites on the subject are
http://www.faithfulprovisions.com/
and
http://www.southernsavers.com/
They both list deals at all your grocery stores and drug stores. I have found CVS to be the best of the best. They are helpful, the deals seem to be better marked and easier to read. I've saved a LOT of money there in the past 3 months or so. You need an ExtraCare Card, http://www.cvs.com/extrabucks/ that will earn you money back on all your purchases, plus special money back deals on certain items. It can really add up. The Southern Savers website has a great tutorial on CVS shopping.
The other place I've had success is Publix. If you hit the Buy One, Get One deals and put coupons with it, you can get some major savings!! Good luck!
